All performances are subject to copyright and no electronic recording of any part of a speaking engagement is permitted without written consent of Avonne Curry.  Client must provide this Avonne Curry with a copy of the electronic media within 14 business days of the speaking engagement.  Photographs are permitted only with the prior agreement of this organization and this organization must receive a copy within 14 business days.

Client may not sell, reproduce, or distribute electronic recordings or photographs without the written consent of Avonne Curry.  Products sold with or without the permission of Avonne Curry are subject to royalty fees .

Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
